Well come on boys put your odds up you would be betting on the final.. (I've put up Punitab odds next to mine)
I'll put mine up - but the barrier draw has really narrowed the chances down if you ask me..

1. Robin Hood $6 -- $5
2. Winforu $4 -- $5.5
3. Smooth Crusa $100 -- $41
4. Foreal $20 -- $12
5. Reba Rajah $33 -- $26
6. Toe Taper $50 -- $41
7. Karloo Mick (will be scr)
8. Blacks a Fake $2.20 -- $2.25
9. Be Good Johnny $6 -- $5.00
10. Tribute $33 -- $21
11. Franco Heir $500 -- $101

Betting % = 118% -- 125%

I think Winforu and Reba Rajah come out flying.. Blacks a Fake can push off at the start and end up following Winforu though.. think there will be a big clash between it and Be Good Johnny to see who will get there 1st.. but I think Blacks a Fake can get there 1st and be the one to beat (hence the short price) - but I would expect on the night to get about $2.60 - $2.70.. but I love the horse and the way he races, so have him a very short priced fav...

Be Good Johnny will be stoked up and hold the back of Winforu, with Blacks a Fake straight on to his back....... BGJ has to be in front of BAF to beat him. The draw has made it very interesting and is exactly what the race needed..... tactics will play a huge part now!!!!!!! BAF entitled to be fav but I am sure they will stoke up BGJ to be motoring thru early.... its the only way he can win..... could get the 1-1.....
RH $5
WFU $5
SC $66
F $16
RR $51
TT $51
BAF $2.50
BGJ $4
T $33
FH - write your own!!!

Shouldnt BAF have to go to barrier 7.... behind RH..... why does he get the option to follow out... Winforu??????

back row are staggered at globe- so the 7 starts between the 1 & 2, could be interesting as both baf and bgj will want that space although in smooth crusa gets out ok it might be able to cross infront of those two and start in the breeze untill baf/bgj wip around the field to sit outside winforu

robin hood- 6
winforu- 4
smooth crusa- 61
foreal- 21
reba rajah- 41
toe taper- 51
blacks a fake- 2.50
be good johnny- 5.5
tribute 26
franco heir- 151

115%

it's a short final this year..

1. Blacks a Fake
2. Winforu
3. Robin Hood / Reba Rajah

I'd be risking Be Good Johnny - I don't think he can get the breeze and to top it off, he really struggles off the pegs on tight tracks - he's ok around Albion Pk and Gold Coast.. but not Moonee Valley or Globe Derby.. I have made the assumption that BGJ can't be infront of BAF at the start, so he can't run money.. Winforu leads - Robin Hood or Reba Rajah behind the leader.. Robin Hood has little gate speed.. i think he can hold the spot behind the leader and Reba Rajah will end up one by one.

For the sake of tipping [providing these horses at at thier peak fitness]

ROBIN HOOD...... be 3rd on the pegs looks an EW special[if fit]
WINFORU............ leads and hard to beat
BLACKS A FAKE.. if finds the death a chance

ROBIN HOOD had a quiet run last week and should be fit enough.

2 queries on robin hood for me: 1 fitness and 2 will it have enough speed to hold the back of winforu- if it doesnt then it is in real trouble

1-winforu
2- tribute baf/bgj may have to do a lot of work during the race and tribute will have the last shot at them i imagine
3- blacks a fake
4- rebah rajah/robin hood depending on who gets behind winforu
