gdp sat,
r1 top pick 8 with main dangers 2,3,5,7
r2 chances 1,2,5,6,7
r3 despite the draw 10 looks very hard to beat (rated evens), main dangers 7,9 with place hopes to 2,3,4
r4 7 a good thing from 1,2,4,8,9
r5 if you saw the run at pt.pirie you'll be on 4 it got flattened, picked itself & managed to run 3rd beaten 46 metres but if you saw the race you'd understand why it got beaten that far, it should lead & is an e/w special other hopes are 1,5,6,8,10
r6 chances 1,2,4,5 with 1 top pick
r7 6 on top on an e/w basis from 1,3,4,9
r8 i like 3 e/w it went very well last monday from 1,2,4,5,7
r9 only five real chances 6,7,8,9,10.if there is a roughie that could split them its 3 who is racing better but i doubt it could bother those five
suggested bet(s)
r3 no10 win
r4 no 7 win
r5 no 4 e/w
r8 no 3 e/w
dutchys betfair lay
r 7 no 7 it trotted all the way monday, sat behind the leader & plodded to 4th, this is a big risk as does tend to gallop as well
good luck on the punt

BAYMAN now you are the trotting GURU, you are tipping a horse that got beaten almost 50metres........
the winner won by about 20metres cruising away from the rest of the field and won untouched!!!!!!
im not sure about that tip...........are you sure you arent tipping us a dud to get a better price on something else??????

i dont know about you being a mug as i saw you with plenty of $50.00's in your wallet on wednesday, it is just how i saw the run at pirie, this horse all but fell & picked itself & browny up & then made ground, the winner has since gone on & won last saturday but was lucky to win at pirie as it would never have won bar the scrimmage (my opinion obviously)

R1 - 3 and 5 on top (5 e/w special) from 2,4,6,7,8,9
R2 - 6,9,10 on top from 1,2,5,7
R3 - 9 and 10 on top with good place chances to 3,5,7,8
R4 - 1800m, fresh.. I'm going with 1 e/w with 7 and 9 the only other winning hopes
R5 - 5,9,10 on top from 1,4,7 (4 should lead.. but not sure it's going that good Bayman)
R6 - 4 and 5 on top from 2,3 and then next best 1,7
R7 - very even race.. 1,3,4,9 are the ones I like
R8 - 1 on top from 2,3,7 and place hopes from Field
R9 - 6,7,9 are the only winning hopes from 4,5,8
Suggested Bets
R1 - 5 e/w
R2 - 10 e/w
R4 - 1 e/w
R8 - 1 e/w
Betfair Bets
R2 - 2 lack of gate speed (will have to do too much work or need too much luck to win)
Good luck on the punting

Terrible night tonight.. except for tipping the Race 6 Tri @ $225 - didn't get warm.. the result in race 2,4 and 5 were all terrible for me.. but that's the way things go - i just need to get back on the wagon on Monday!

I was concentrating on another horse in that race but scoob did make comment that it was another poor drive from this imposter, would like a replay

you beat me to it as i was going to mention it, but how can you say 'it had all the favours' ? it sat in the "ELECTRIC CHAIR" & IT IS A LOT BETTER HORSE THAN YOU THINK, personally i tossed up between it & 1 & i backed 1 e/w (4th every chance)

I will try and show what happened with 500m to go approximately
5 brolga boy led
6 lets go frankie outside leader
8 LOCKY LAMP
9 petria
500m to go
--------------
56
.....8
.......9
8 locky lamp comes from well back at the 600m and races up to leaders 5+6
9 petria well back about 20 metres behind the 3 leaders who are miles in front
300m to go
-------------
56
..8.9
8 lochie lamp after sprinting up is restrained behind the leaders, meanwhile petria looms
up and puts locky lamp in a pocket
instead of locky lamp sprinting to the lead he is now pocketed.
150m to go
--------------
.....9
56
.....8
petrea goes to the front[easily]
5 is gone
6 is battling
locky lamp now makes a 2nd sprint to chase after petrea
finish
------
9
6 8
9 petria wins the race
6 is pipped on the post by 8 locky lamp
Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb
i backed the 8 EW No damage
and lucky it got 2nd on the post + i got quins + exactas
BAYMAN watch the tapes please
I rest my case.

i've looked at the replay mal, it was a good drive to pop in for a breather but when you do that you must be fully alert (should be fully alert for the whole race) as to the traffic behind you so you dont get pocketed but if you back drivers that dont steer very well you'll end up losing a lot more than not
bottom line poor tactical drive as he wasn't alert
& i ask one ? when was the last time he drove a winner ?, guessing i'd say at least 10 years ago

In your proffessional opinion did the driver cost the horse victory ?
I am unsure looking at the margin
But then the momentum lost.......

the winner won by 9 metres & yes i'd say it cost the horse the race, as if he was alert & came out pushing the other one further up the track that would create enough ground to make up 9 metres & also put it under pressure
MAL THERE IS MY POINT PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS if david harding drove it it would've won
