just looking at the fixed odds & $3.00 place only reba rajah is a great bet as i believe it'll lead & hand up to sting like a mal (i mean bee) & run money for sure

disappointing run Bayman - had every chance to run a place.. not sure it's up to the class of the top liners.. may be worth waiting for easier races...

wrong mate it had no clear run at the vital stage it would've almost won plus he changed direction 100m out which i was perplexed with as i thought he was getting through so scd watch it not what you punted on when you see the replay & then tell me what you think

I had him to run 2nd in a tri - so was watching him.. but my 1st impression is that I don't think he was going good enough at the time - the gap came and he had his chance I thought.. granted he changed direction - but thought it was more cause he wasn't going good enough more then because he wanted to... may have shifted in under pressure..

but I haven't seen a replay and didn't tape them tonight.. so will wait and have a proper look later when I see a replay

they'll show it on 'in the gig' so let me know after having a second look (i've seen it twice more & my opinion it was very unlucky)

Bayman - I'm in the for and against column here...

I totally agree with you that the horse was terribly held up from the 200m - 75m mark, but then I think it was disappointing in the last 100m (but it may have been more through a lack of trying on the drivers part when he didn't get out all the way up the straight) - but I don't like seeing them drop off the back of the leader the last 30 - 40m if they've been held up..

either way - can't win the Hunter Cup with even luck.. there were much better runs in the race..

AND to give the Stinger 10m for the Cup on Sunday = DISGRACE.. he led and had every chance.. you can't re-handicap him on that one win.. he only had consistent form prior.. not picket fences..
