mal, speaking of kayeff i think you should talk to him as i've heard he is walking to the dogs infact walking everywhere to get fit now i think that's great but he is having only 2 meals a week now this will make him ill so can you talk to him & get some sense knocked into him
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

KAYEF has lost 20 kilos in 5 weeks

WEDNESDAYS
He walks 15 kms to the dogs
EATS grilled chicken and veges for lunch
Cricket practice for 1-2 hours with MT79 + MAL

The 2 eating days a week is a worry.
