WEDNESDAY DOGS

Postby mighty_tiger_79 » Tue Apr 10, 2007 2:18 pm

once again on a wednesday morning we have some very ordinary aniMALs, i mean some must be pets cos they are hardly worth feeding!!!!!!

1 - 5 konnors machine ran a qualy in 30:25 a repeat would see it winning this by PLENTY. maIN danger i think is the 6 go wild magic who could easily lead this lot. the 2 Oxley reign ran a nice race last week and will strip fitter and should be right in the finish.

2 - chances here to 4,6,8,9. now 6,8 can be placed the 6 second and the 8 third. winning chances to 4,9. the 5 is a first starter with no trial form so watch market but ill be risking it.

3 - 3 will be in the market but needs to lead to win. the red looks a place special

4 - 7 has had 5 starts t/d for 4 seconds and it can be placed again. the red may come up short on the tote, ill be risking it winning but it can sneak a place.

5 - 4 interstate dog with interesting form which isnt all that great. the 7 is a cat but it has raced over 731m so the 600m wont prove any problems. the 2,5,6 are all dogs that are generally slowish out and run on to fill a place.

6 - 1 can begin ok and make good use of the draw but PLACE BEST. the 2 has run some good time, the 3 is usually a really good beginner and looks the leader here. the 5 is a VIC dog, watch market, ill risk. the 8 is consistent and will be placed, should be a good anchor for multi players.

7 - 1 drawn well and has ability. the 3 lobbed close up last week and if it does the same it can be hard to beat but it rarely jumps. the 5 ran the BOD at pirie. the 6 is a wek leader but can place.

8 - WAHOO dog NITRIX is drawn the red and will be hard to beat. 5 CLASSIC CONCEPT is a BRILLIANT dog at GAWLER but it doesnt go as well at angle park but is clearly the best dog.

handy result here 5 - 6 - 1 with the EXACTA paying $126!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the winner tipped on top paid $11!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 - chances here to 4,6,8,9. now 6,8 can be placed the 6 second and the 8 third. winning chances to 4,9. the 5 is a first starter with no trial form so watch market but ill be risking it.

the 4 had good time in a qualy at strath, so no surprise to see it win, it ran BOD 29:89 from memory.. 6, 9 were scratched while the 5 was unwanted in betting.

3 - 3 will be in the market but needs to lead to win. the red looks a place special

both were scratched

4 - 7 has had 5 starts t/d for 4 seconds and it can be placed again. the red may come up short on the tote, ill be risking it winning but it can sneak a place.

the 7 has just lost all confidence on the track and also has a dodgy shoulder, the red jumped fav but it went to the outside fence on the home turn.

5 - 4 interstate dog with interesting form which isnt all that great. the 7 is a cat but it has raced over 731m so the 600m wont prove any problems. the 2,5,6 are all dogs that are generally slowish out and run on to fill a place.

a 600m race, the 4 jumped slow and ran on in the straight to grab 3rd. the winner basically led all the way which is what it does when it wins which isnt all that often.

6 - 1 can begin ok and make good use of the draw but PLACE BEST. the 2 has run some good time, the 3 is usually a really good beginner and looks the leader here. the 5 is a VIC dog, watch market, ill risk. the 8 is consistent and will be placed, should be a good anchor for multi players.

the 8 won and the red came second followed by the 2 who came up ridiculously short on the tote.

7 - 1 drawn well and has ability. the 3 lobbed close up last week and if it does the same it can be hard to beat but it rarely jumps. the 5 ran the BOD at pirie. the 6 is a wek leader but can place.

5 - 1 - 3 no surprises here although the 3 paid $2 for the place which was a good bet

8 - WAHOO dog NITRIX is drawn the red and will be hard to beat. 5 CLASSIC CONCEPT is a BRILLIANT dog at GAWLER but it doesnt go as well at angle park but is clearly the best dog.

with the scratching of CLASSIC CONCEPT, NITRIX became the clear cut fav and paid silly odds on the tote. the race was so bad the fact that 2,8 who finished in the placings are dogs that if they dont lead they dont chase, but because the rest were hopeless they filled the placings by default. A good win by Nitrix who railed hard on the first turn and from there it was never in doubt and ran a reasonable time.
