Last year he bet $41 the winner Brett Backwell with a few rounds to go
His competition had Backwell at $6

curly's love child does it again hey mal !! when i backed (actually mt79 put the bet on for me & jb) curly was 20/1 not 5/1 as you've said, yes he was shorter but not as short as you'd like us to think & as it turned out they were both overs because the weekend we had the bet the mouse was already in front in the count (if only we knew), so both bookies had it wrong but johnny was a bit more generous & this with a few rounds to go is not quite right as the bet was put on sunday july 30th & glenelg played port that afternoon (another 3 votes from memory) & including that game there was 7 rounds left which glenelg played in 6 rounds so it is a bit more than a few rounds left.
mal, one question please, why over the course of this site do you bag thornton & never curly ??
i'll be honest i get good service from both camps, i know its good to knock the bookie when he makes a mistake (we all do that) but why just one or have you got shares in the place ?

Why do I bag THORNTON and NOT SEAL ?
Easy BAYMAN I only criticise when criticism is warranted.
