well for those that dont know who pilko is, he is the man often seen selling pies & pasties at various sanfl grounds, trots, races, the royal show & the dogs, well some angle park dingbat has told allen pilkington that he is not allowed to sell his product outside the entrance gate or on any part of the property at angle park anymore due to 'health issues' which i think is an absolute disgrace (he has been going to the dogs since they opened up that track about 35 years or so ago) now the food at angle park when i've been there is ordinary & i just refuse to eat there & it was wait for pilko later in the night, now it'll be, we will get maccas on the way home. mal keeps mentioning the dismal amenities there along with the lack of cleanliness around the place like food under the stairs etc etc. surely they should get their own act together before going the big brother on someone trying to earn a bit extra

TO THOSE AT ANGLE PARK WHEN I GO & NOT OFTEN I STILL WONT EAT THERE I'LL WAIT FOR MACCA'S OR SIMILAR ON THE WAY HOME, THAT IS A DISGRACEFUL ACT

Stopped bying his pies cos they were all pastry and no meat but his pasties were Yumbo
Got caught out a few weeks ago, went to give him $1.50 but they are now $2.00 which is OK. Used to be a $1.00 for about 20 years.
Agree that unless you are having a sit down meal at Mangle Park, the Food available is Crap, Limited in choice and overpriced and for them to have the Audacity to Give him the Flick is BALLSHEET. I'm Sure that I was one of many that used to Go out during the meeting to get something to eat cos of the above reasons.

I believe that a few years ago that the SAJC barred from being directly outside the Cheltenham race course gates

I understand the health considerations but was there a complaint or is this decision more commercially motivated when you scratch away the surface?

yes he is the same guy that you see at richmond & offcourse it is a commercially motivated decision

if i see peter smith (i dont know his title but is the boss at the dogs)on saturday night at elizabeth i'll complain to him & tell him it is a joke etc
