I've had it with their poor customer service..
I've been a member with them for 5 - 6 years now (old sportodds customer) but have there service has been crap for the last time for me - i'll be doing no more betting with them again!

i havent had any troubles with them, I know WEDGIE doesnt speak highly of them either.

I bet with them on the racing side of things (instead of having a NSW tab account) - the amount of mistakes they make with results is just amazing - I have to email them on average once a month to get the to correct a result...

My wife opened an account about 2 months ago (with the put in $200, get $200 free bets)... she was told 3 working days for the money to be in the account.. 2 1/2 weeks later and 4 emails it was finally cleared up and done - after she was told she's not entitled to it...

Then today she was trying to get her credit card put on her account..
Credit card was in her maiden name and not married name - so she sent through a copy of marraige cert with the card to get it on..
NO response... it shouldn't take 4 hours with no response (i.e. sorry we can't do or anything like that, especially when an e-mail was sent to ask what was going on after an hour!)..
I understand they are busy... but she tried to put the card on and got a response after 10 mins saying about the maiden/married name - and how they needed proof (which had already been sent as the card was being added) and this "proof" was re-sent again to them at the time she got an email back from them...
If they had said sorry - we can't do now or it will happen next week etc.. fine - but not with no response after 4 hours - so I won't be using them anymore!!

Yeah Im an old Sportodds client, they were my first bookie, but once they merged with centrebet and then became a public company their odds all of a sudden wernt as sharp or market leading as they used to be, I thin their old website was much better than their current one also, Ive never had a problem with their service side of things...but cause their prices arent as sharp I dont use them as much
