port pirie,

r1 main three 8,9,10 with 10 on top (suited to the short journey) with rough place hopes to 2,7
r2 1,5,6,8 with place hopes to 2,7
r3 chances to 1,2,4,7,8 with 2 on top e/w
r4 9 a good thing from 1,2,8
r5 chances 3,4,6 with 1 a rough place chance (i wouldn't back 3 if its in the red)
r6 8 on top from 4,5,7,9
r7 chances 2,3,4,5

suggested bet(s)
r4 no 9 win

betfair lay(s)
r4 no 3 (sorry mal) if its less than 5/1 lay it
r5 no 3 if in the red worth laying as is up in grade & had a torrid run last week & could be jaded

good luck on the punt

interesting to see scd's horse (last start winner) is up for sale $5,500, too dear in my book scd

i should add it was good to hear the trotting show today (as always) & the boys said what they thought even when the cheif steward said "its better to promote than to be negative" personally i agree with what was said by the boys & i also agree that the hierachy shouldn't put their heads in the sand, they should listen to what people actually think & act on it if the 'queries' & 'perceived' problems are worthy of changing & well done especially for them to say 'if we have an opinion we'll say it' as they should...well done fellas... as for the hierachy LISTEN they are not having a go at you they are telling you what they think & i agree with their 2 points today

LATE MAL

R4-9[$2-50] TOUGH TIME
looks the winner in very good form, suggest good bet at black odds

R5-3 SURGERY the BAYMAN risk ?
If the others allow SURGERY to lead it will win
If its kept in the death its a risk
Dunno if its a BETFAIR lay however

MAL stop sitting on the fence. You either think a horse is a LAY or it isnt. If you think a horse is a LAY if it doesnt find the front, well do your homework and make a decision.
Funny cos Betfair dont let you on after they've gone 200m.

you amaze me mal, for months you keep having a go at trainers that have horses & dogs & in your words 'continue to be over raced' now this horse 6 days earlier had a torrid run & some of its opponents were of a higher grade so imho it was a risk & this was proved correct (for a change) i'll admit i thought that brolga boy would lead & not hand up, so i take it your happy for horses to race 6 days apart after having a torrid run ?

SURGERY ?
Meant I was not sure and just made comment[as well as sitting on the fence]
You were right BAYMAN so just accept the accolades
SURGERY was $1-30 I would have layed it if 1 was a bookie

Funnily when I look at my LATE MAL selections it was 1 bet for 1 win
