Well done.

That guernsey looks alright I think, but I'll bet there are plenty who'll disagree.

I know it's not a perfect replica, but it was the closest I could get (from memory & looking at old Budgets).

Another problem I had, was with colours- for some reason, the colour (as I select it) will not come out "true"- hence the WWT jumper being aqua, I can't get it to be the same green as the Woodville jumper.
Any advice on how I can fix this glitch?

This guernsey was blue, except for a hoop around the midriff (I think, that's the correct term), which had a green hoop with one small gold hoop above and below that.

Spelly, didn't the Eagles wear a modified guernsey in some games against Central? I vaguely remember reading at the time that Central complained of a jumper clash, and the Eagles reacted by adding another hoop of gold at the bottom and changing the colour of the numbers.

Found this pic in the 1994 GF Budget of Nick Pesch, showing the extra gold hoop:

That would be the great Andrew Payze Spelly....

Wtf did I get Nick Pesch from? :D  Must have had him on the brain or something...

The whole article where it came from was about Payze; but even then I say it's Pesch.

does anyone have photos of the woodville and west torrens jumpers from 1938 (even before that). would also like sturt jumper from 1915 (i believe they wore it a few years ago). would use the jumper designs in a possible ice hockey league. would also like any other jumper from 1938 and 1915.

Just going through the West Torrens 1897-1944 book done by John Storer, it looks like West Torrens had the 2 vertical stripe from each shoulder design up to 1936 and then the sash in 1937. Looks like the sash made various appearances earlier than that as well and then was brought back in for the last decade or so.

Someone in another thread asked "what does pink have to do with homophobia". Have a scan through this one and you can ask again.
