Fair call, I find it difficult to rate club hoppers though, loyalty isn't dead in the game and blokes who skip from one club to the next and another don't rate highly in my books.

I'd take Hayes out, Passador in.

I'd take Rowntree out, Pyman on the wing, Jarrad to the bench.

I'd take Parry out, Matt Kluzek in.

I'd take Grocke out, Morphett in.

I'd have Lindsay 1st ruck, Neimann on the bench.

Testing the old memory bank here, but wasn’t the knock on Passador that he could go missing in the big games?

Yeah I recall the same albeit I think he was pretty decent in their 06 or 11 GF win. Did have a few stinkers in finals though, he was no lone ranger though against the Dogs in that period.

2006 Passador played in, he retired after 2009.

Well... here goes mine. I've made it 75 games as a qualification, while Weidemann for example would be in there, I think in the context of 30 years, 54 premiership matches is a bit too brief for mine. This team also rewards longevity and consistency, IMO:

F: Nick Pesch Mark Passador Adam Grocke
HF: Tim Inkster Andrew Taylor Scott Morphett
C: Scott Lewis Gavin Colville (C) Luke Jarrad
HB: Jamie Tape Mark McKenzie Andrew Rogers (VC)
B: Luke Powell Steven Hall Peter Schwarz
Foll: Paul Lindsay Andrew Payze Justin Cicolella
Int: David Niemann Hayden Skipworth Luke Thompson
Matthew Goldsworthy
Coach: Ron Fuller

The coaching position I've swayed towards Fuller - he and Godden have almost identical win/loss records. Even though there was that GF loss (you know what I mean), I'd take Fuller's finals record over Godden on the account of tougher opposition.

I like this one. All very good long-serving players, and in the positions that they played most of their careers. It seems a better "balanced" Team of 30 years than the official one. Apart from old legs, they could play as a team tomorrow.
