I thought I might put this up, because there is really little in the way that has been published. I've been able to find out more players details since I last updated this; specifically I managed to find the once regular poster Adelaide Hawk mention the Olsson who played one match in 1944 in a post search on here.

In 1942, no behinds were recorded, 1943 had finals only, and 1944, some games had it recorded.

Here is 1942, with the colours indicating who the player was affiliated with. This may not be 100% correct for those who only played during this period.
The numbers read from left to right, Rds 1-12, then Semi FInals, Preliminary, Grand.
