Cam has been trying to get them for the last few years without luck.

Bar staff.

When I was running a cricket club I used to get several emails every year from people trying to come over here for the summer to play some cricket and pick up a bit of work, basically a working holiday with free accommodation.

I never went through with any of them as I had to let them know it was hard wicket community cricket and they'd only end up drinking too much and smoking cones.

Each to their own, I know the Royals would love to see some Grade 1 silverware but having a team in almost every grade is successful enough in my eyes. On their day they can just about match it with anyone, they just need their most balanced XI side playing in the A's each week and probably change their mindset in field a bit, i didn't see much of them last season but found them to set fields to where they wanted the bowlers to bowl and not to the bowlers strengths.

I did see that, interesting to see if they get voted in tonight.

Just what the comp needs another Pop Up style club that will pick and choose what div/comp they want to play in from year to year.

Apparently they didn’t pay anything when in A&SCA and owe almost $1,000 in fines, fees, affiliation costs.

Good luck to everybody dealing with Sutton Derby.
In one season in ASCA they became the biggest joke in the competitions history.
Their 'CEO' as he calls himself, has a lot of self love shall we say. Promises the world with top class talent and you'll be lucky if they show up with 8 players.
Should have never been allowed to play above section 5 ASCA in their first season.

They need to pay that first and then the PDCA bond.

It will cost them a couple of grand if they are not around for at least a couple of seasons. They have agreed to a bond. If not paid upfront then just need to get it out of them.

They’re an A grade side, technically should be graded in LO1.. and if that will occur.

How do blokes like Luke puddy and Jackson harnass get a game with south picking up players like McMullen?

If the McMullen exit is true, where to now for eastern park? Could be another ugly year

As a general rule when footy is going well at EP it has historically resulted in the cricket travelling pretty well. With the gang back together playing footy i wouldn't be surprised if a few of them play cricket together again.

I'm not in a position to know though and haven't been told anything either way.

Will bowl into the breeze, Puddy was arguably the most underrated cricketer in PDCA. Will love the turf game and conditions, you can’t have to many Quality cricketers at your club.
