Managed to catch the last few overs between Sandy and Nuri on the way home from work, Sandy won the game in the last over with a big 6 by Hill. Not sure how many Burden made but batted nearly all the way through

Light Pass - promoted from A1's Reserves
Gawler Centrals and Freeling are the only undefeated sides after three rounds.

 Who put the bell back in the ball !!!!, the boys must of starved with out frack not sitting on the sidelines peeling the oranges
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!

Cheers boundary rider, that's interesting do Gilbert valley and Angaston have started slowly, reading paper before season the experts has them two and centrals high up... So fracks 100 was against a A1 reserve team if I understand correctly, because if the rule applied last year of the one up , one down then light pass would still be in the reserves, is this right? I guess u just make runs against whoever ur playing but like to see him make a few against a top line attack. No disrespect.
Might try to get to a game in a few weeks when port have a bye, love getting up that way.

Light Pass won the first two matches. No one else has scored that many against them.

He actually batted pretty well once he got in, although it did take a while for him to look set.

Light pass were quite under strength with the bat and didn't get close to setting a big enough total to ever put a lot of pressure on.

GC pretty much did it in cruise control.

Ango had a reasonbly long day in the field Saturday, didn't bowl real well but dropping a few chances to batsmen early in their innings and then all going on to make 50+ does hurt a bit. 306 runs was a good score by Centrals and we are 0/30 in reply which makes it a 270 run chase next week which is still going to be a big ask but should of and could of been 350. The day was not all bad, the blue boys did debut a few youngsters, twins Jayden and Ben Antonie both 14 years of age and Blake Homes who is a 15 yo. Ben Antonie picked up a couple of big scalps in Stock and King which was a great effort by the young fella. Looking forward to watching the boys in the run chance this week.

I think at least one of those blokes that was dropped would be pretty happy to be described as a batsman!

I was regaled with stories of every shot from that innings by a GC player last night. He was pretty chuffed.
