Para Vista A batted today against NEK A and made 210. Richie Marshall made 98, Balding amongst the wickets for NEK.

Para Vista B fielded today against NEK B. NEK made 6 for 336. One Lee Mills was playing in Div 3 for this week, and treated us like rag dolls, notching 151*. Jimmy Rotas made 72, Taylor, Singh and Holberton all provided good support. We dropped 12 catches throughout the afternoon, so we found ourselves needlessly chasing leather for most of the afternoon. Funniest part was our fine leg fielder (he's all of about 14 years old) repeatedly screaming "Hit it to me, Mr. Mills!"

Para Vista C batted against Enfield D (an all-star team hastily compiled by that bloke playing his 500th, and including the likes of Gully and Hill). Vista made 180 all out, with Nick Maxted making 74 on one leg, in his last game before undergoing surgery to fix his totally buggered knee. Enfield are 0/3 in reply.

Bit of a mixed day for the Goat Herders, but good fun still had by all... that's the name of the game!

Lee Mills ay.... Big fish in a very small pond in div 3...

I dont know but mine would be somewhere along the lines of:
Batting:

Frith - 69 runs for the year!
Cossens - lucky made 90 last game, otherwise he scored 26 runs @ 6.5 ave for the year!
Holland - batting average under 10
Atkins - around 82 runs for the year!
Stancl - 110 runs for the year
Tyson - around 22 runs for the year!
Barnes
Balding
Tarca
Placucci
Gully
Domanksi - DNB

Bowling:-

Gully
Balding
Domanski
Holland - 2 wickets for the year!
Placucci - 8 wickets for the year, 30.0 ave bowling.
Atkins - around 5 wickets for the year!
Barnes - 3 wickets for the year, all last week!

hahahaha yet another keyboard warrior who comes on here and talks sh!t so what are your numbers this year d!ckhead? and i take it you know all the facts of these blokes hey?

3 or 4 blokes in the side have played 2 or 3 games and havnt been able to train for work and injury pretty hard to just front up and perform with no prep but im guessing a total star like ya good self would be taken wickets and scoring run after run hey what in div3 4 or maybe even 5 heres some advice d!ckhead get back under your rock b4 some1 puts you there!

Maybe thats reason enough to question some of the selections.. only 2-3 games, coming back from injuries and no prep.... Just a thought ;)

Yes we certainly did.. Once we were bowled out the AC boys took the stumps out. we argued that we wanted to bowl the remaining 10 overs. Bruno then rang Ian Amey and was told it wasnt required..

They even tried to get permits for 5 players from Paralowie to play Fitzroy.
Just goes to prove they should be folded 3 strikes ur out not fair clubs who play proper are they still avail 4 finals if they get points really unfair if keep forfeit and getting points who misses out if they make ?????????????????????????

ass side went down by about 50runs today PDCA batted first and posted 213 figallo was a stand out carried his bat for 78 batted well baldo and pete graham bowled very well but went wicketless placca bowled really well picked up a couple with singles to gully and a very unlucky doma. holland bowled the worst 3overs ever. In reply CCCCA made 158 i think? good start by coss who got a nice start but was run out, middle order was dissapointing but baldo, tarca, gully and pete graham all batted well late in the innings there wasnt alot between the two sides just PDCA application was alot better than the churches.

but its a start and we will improve i can assure you all of that i learnt abit today capt the side for the first time and as i said as a unit we will get alot better.

i think itas about forfeits
as we all have said once u forfeit 3 times that it should not play anymore
wasting other clubs time contacting players after 11am sat to tell em there is a forfeit cmon how many more games have to be wasted

(f) Once a first innings result has been reached, play may be terminated early but
only if both captains agree.

Once again it looks like a bad decision was made by the guys that make the rules.
Allegedly!!!

Apart from his Iced Coffee not being curdled enuff, he was firing up about teams constantly forfeiting. Hence he rang Central Mission Thursday night to make sure they had a team and was told they did. He said he didnt want to get a phone call sat morning re Central Mission forfeiting yet again. And guess what happened at 11:00am Saturday morning. It took five men to hold him down with another pouring in litres of warm Iced Coffee to get him to calm down.

I rang them the thursday before they did the same to us. Some how they still got 3 points from our game not sure why we bother sometimes. I am sure the rules are just there as a guidline. It best to do what ever you want and the Ass will make something up. Some how a team in Div 3 got 10 points for a forfiet in an earlier round and they were the team that did not turn up for the second week.?????????????????????????

Carn carey u bowled rubbish lol!! but in all honesty churches were prob right up there ability wise with the PDCA side but really threw away the chance for a win. Maybe the excitement of the situation? I thought Gully bowled rubbish but batted well, Domma bowled well inc. 2 wickets in 2 balls :P one was no ball tho lol. Cuz and Pistol batted well without support and graham a nice cameo.

Lot of work to do for churches... rumor also has it gully leaving enfield, asked for clearance wed night..
