but its a start and we will improve i can assure you all of that i learnt abit today capt the side for the first time and as i said as a unit we will get alot better.

Carn carey u bowled rubbish lol!! but in all honesty churches were prob right up there ability wise with the PDCA side but really threw away the chance for a win. Maybe the excitement of the situation? I thought Gully bowled rubbish but batted well, Domma bowled well inc. 2 wickets in 2 balls :P one was no ball tho lol. Cuz and Pistol batted well without support and graham a nice cameo.

Lot of work to do for churches... rumor also has it gully leaving enfield, asked for clearance wed night..

Gully threatened to leave if he wasnt allowed to play with Johnno in his 500th.... which he was allowed to... I agreed with Gully with him playing in our d grade for this game!!! He also hasnt spoken to me about leaving!!! maybe next year he will leave but im pretty sure he wont leave half way!!!

Noticed you finished half hour early tho.

Yes we certainly did.. Once we were bowled out the AC boys took the stumps out. we argued that we wanted to bowl the remaining 10 overs. Bruno then rang Ian Amey and was told it wasnt required..

(f) Once a first innings result has been reached, play may be terminated early but
only if both captains agree.

Once again it looks like a bad decision was made by the guys that make the rules.
Allegedly!!!

.............unbelievable.

again....perhaps at the "discretion of the executive" was enforced as an over-arching enforcement here

Just goes to prove they should be folded 3 strikes ur out not fair clubs who play proper are they still avail 4 finals if they get points really unfair if keep forfeit and getting points who misses out if they make ?????????????????????????

Dose anyone know what happened at the last meeting i heard it got a bit heated. T Kennison Not happy i hear. I would like to know what upset him.

As far as im concerned, Central Mission MUST forfeit their B team every game from here. 3 strikes and your out.

Allegedly, they will be permitted to foreit continually if need be, perhaps even call it a draw, until the end of the season.

Ecky, the above is just not acceptable, and must stop now. I was called at 11am to cancel the game. we had new fellas ready to play in our team, and we could have selected more appropiate teams for our club and given the new guys a run.

Not only does a late foreit affect the integrity of the competition and the confidence in the competition, but it also severly affects clubs that committ players to games that, in all honesty, would never ever eventuate. Its time the exec used its discretion to write central mission B off until further notice.

I agree if they cant field 2 sides every week then do the right thing by everyone and not just themselves and pull their b grade out!!

I think what was more frustrating was ringing Central Mission on Thursday night, and then being told by doing that it was the wrong thing, by Ian Amy and we should pick a team as per normal, even after explaining to both, that being told Saturday morning was not good enough, yet it happens anyway. Then while trying to help with junior cricket on Saturday morning, having to deal with around 20 phone calls is just not good enough.

Rant over.

Not to mention, we could of organised a practice game against somone else, just to give guys a game.

You are more than welcome at North Eastern Knights mate, we are currently working on another signing to the club which we are very happy about, with this and upgrades to our club facilities this year, we believe we are not far away from winning some GF's over the next few season, including this one hopefully.

Good bunch of lads, we hold a few functions etc, anyway, if you want to chat, 0458 247 342

Your a clown. That came straight from Gullys mouth! As James said if he didnt get to play in Pauls 500th he was leaving, Mick Johns told him there was no chance he would play so he told them he wanted his clearance.

Also if you read his post after that he says he will see out the year and leave next year
