It was after the Gawler Cup and I'd had a few sherbets by that point. He was at my place doing some work. Sober.

Im hoping Tanunda is copping a pretty hefty fine for dropping a side part way into the season.

The result (not assocs. fault) is some clubs will have players missing 4 weeks of cricket over a 19 week program while players from offending club are bragging about upcoming A4 dominance on social media.

So why say it then? On another note let Hannan know that the score isn't calculated on how many minutes it takes the feilder to find the ball, 6 runs is all you get! (p.s. slapper!)

Yeah not sure why just works better to fire the bowler up. Was def the biggest 6 I've seen in a while. (Ps slapper not but I you bowl a short ball it deserves to be slapped)

Nahh needs to be a bit quicker to do that just didn't see where the ball went, though that does explain me charging next ball. All in good fun he can bowl a million bouncers If he wants. I'd do the same if I could bowl with pace.

wouldnt mind batting on it every week if its like it was yesterday, tough work being a bowler, especially with it short straight

Ango ventured out to the great stocky oval today, I think it's fair to say that its a great place to play cricket, ango won the toss and batted, and at 2/4 were in a little trouble but managed to end the day 8/329, Shaun wood'dog ' woodards 46, Scott rather 48 and young 14 year old jayden Antonie made 50 no to go with his 52 last week, he now averages 102, not bad from the young fella... Oh and Ben Burgess made 130 to send a message to competition that he may just be back, great day in all.

Rumor has it Gawler Central bowler Willie Serle had a hissy fit and lost his temper with his new cricket shoes, removing one and throwing it away before steaming in next ball and bowling with no shoe on

Ripper effort from Craig Mullins on Saturday. Seven wickets in the first dig. Didn't bowl in the second though, anyone know why not?
