Obviously has alot of talent... Wasted in our comp.

Can bowl, just struggles with hitting the pitch! Had a few no-balls last weekend.

Poor run ups and the fact he bowled 20+ overs may have contributed.

And the fact he had something to say after every ball probably helped fatigue

If you didn't try and hit every ball to cow corner and actually hit one, he might shut up.......
but its doubtful.
The secret impresses no one. The trick you use it for is everything.

Could say that about a few people in the comp. Can anybody confirm if Justin Davies has even gone out to district cricket? I'd reckon he'd go ok.

You'd expect him to dominate the comp. Add in Cree, McNair, Neil (possibly a couple others I've forgotten) they will be very hard to beat when full strength.

The TTG lads dont understand why.... He was a good bloke and got on with the lads well off the field, then bang he sent one a text message saying he was gone. I wish he stuck it out thats for sure he is a good lad and can play!

How old is he?

he is 23. He was let down a few times and given plenty of false hope at TTG. Was promised to be a big part of the A grade team late last season and this season and was picked in the b's after training well, full pre season and a couple of new blokes rocked up from no where and got picked in front of him.

All his best mates play for OTH, wants to have a year with all them and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere for a year.

groover, you should delete your account on here. everything you say is rubbish mate. How can you say he struggles to hit the pitch? He missed it once or twice after 20 odd overs, running in on sand and took 6 fa. give him some credit will ya. Just cause he sent you back to the club rooms, doesnt mean you need to get on here and bad mouth him with you sour grapes.

Just print out the scores from the internet, frame it and hang it on the wall. 6/4 not bad figures.

Chances of getting the runs this weekend mate? Will be a good start to the year for ya, get the kids confidence up.

Yeah we should get the runs you would think

Daniel Sealey and David Boulton are in bat now

then we have little leg spinner DJ, Myself, Jonty and Binga to come so we should get the 13 runs to win provided the weather holds off.

Will be brilliant for the young lads to enjoy an early victory, apparently the last couple of years by the time they have got there first win they have almost been out the finals race.

John McInnes is the best bowler in the comp and has been for some time.... No ones got a cracker like he sends down... Good game down at westies, rosies will not perform like that again this year and i will say it makes me laugh to see people ride em off after 1st week! With blokes like stama, bomber, mcarthey i think youll find come march when it does count these 2 sides should be playing off in the big one....Brahma should be around the mark with there qaulity outfit and ONE TREE HILL well who bloody cares!!!!!!! :D :D

Credit was given mate, you should probably read through posts before you get on here and troll. As for the rest of my post it was more an observation rather than sour grapes, I got out to a good nut and am happy to admit that.

Rogers and Cree to OTH (possibly others?)
5-6 to the Lodge.
2-3 for R&C
2 for SW

Unsure about the other clubs

Usually it's players going the other way to play turf. Makes the competition extremely competitive and evens it out a bit from the past 2 or so years. Not often there are 4-5 sides which have a genuine claim as a contender.

Good to see, apart from us having none at the moment. We just want to avoid relegation for this season and provide our home grown players with experience to take us into the next decade.
We have 2 over 30, a couple of mid 20's then the rest range between 15 and 21.

Probably being a bit harsh Groover, the guy has played alot higher level of cricket than either you or me could so alot credits there...

in saying that though, i dont think you can use the 24 overs as any excuse, he should be used of that or at least fit enough to bowl that many. You'd like to think if he was struggling then the captain would have used of the other fine bowlers he has, like yourself!

i read all the posts mate, and it was sour grapes to me. bowling 1 ball off the pitch doesnt warrant you coming on here and saying he struggles to hit the pitch. Your not at ATCO any more mate, dont try and ruin Brahma's image.

if he was struggling i would have taken him off but he was still taking wickets. too late in the day to make a bowling change.

Please... Worry about your own club's image before you bother about ours mate.
As for sour grapes, if i had sour grapes about getting out to Rogers i would have said alot more then the fact he was struggling to hit the pitch consistently. For someone to bowl out 20+ overs in a day is a fair effort and deserves respect.
