Maybe that should be the title of a new topic, saves us having to read all this crap about how good brahma is... Pitty it takes recruiting or paying for 20 blokes to that... Must say really looking forward to the round 4 clash with jimmy bowling as quick as he ever has, jim doesnt read this much so I inform him of all the bagging you blokes give him... Good luck..

On recent form, you'll be playing there next season.

Very good merki... I didnt think you were that smart, but once bitten twice shy... No bite from me..

you bought up that you dont want to read crap about The Lodge and that they are going to be good cause they have recruited - oh well

No arguement with the record - that is why we have become a lot more professional to get to that level - but as a club have decided that we want to strive to be the best we can in a better standard comp from next year

Could be interesting whom poaches from whom then ;)

Maybe you’re just hurting that the club has built its self into such a great place to be. We did not spruce before the first game, no one is on here really throwing stones at other teams or players around the place nor talking up our additions as other wankers are. I am just going into bat and trying to explain how people may be happy playing in a different grade because the place is such a wonderful club. The acoustics are amazing! Now I am sure Catchit, you would love to be at a club with 55 wonderful blokes (48 in the case of last week ) playing for the same colours each and every single week, but while you contemplate the idea know at the end of the day, it is just a game of cricket, Bruises will heel, Victories will fade, Laughs, Smiles and Good times keep people coming back. Get Jimmy to bowl quick, Ill be batting at jack, without a helmet, save him all day if hearing that Brahma have set them selves up well really irks you. Bowl short, Ill probably just try and head but it away because I am dumb as dog shit anyway.

But good luck for the year.

Did we poach? I thought we got a coach who knew a mate or two, another mate was already coming as he is playing footy there, Another footballer decided to make one club his home, got a captain that is a good blake and guys want to play for so his influence was enough to get a few extra wicket keepers, former juniors returning to the club. So did we poach? I do not think so, just provide a great place for some personal growth and they came.

Quote from Ingle Farm before last years season -

"IFDCC are excited about season 2009/10. Andrew Fracowski will be captaining the A-Grade with Trevor Shepard coaching the club. We have some great new recruits from Para Districts in Chad McInnes, Ben Stamatovich, James McCarthy and Chris Mclean, add this to our very promising youngsters and the future looks bright. Lets enjoy"

There is 5 new blokes in one team - I bet ya that was a good place to be at that time??

Lets just hope that the same thing doesnt happen to Matty as captain as it did to Fracka.

Anyway enough of this brahma cr@p! Catchit has got enough bites out of us already ;)

Coming from two wells I am happy to go back after a sat and sit with 30 blokes and get on it with my rosie team mates who have been together for some time now, rosies didnt need to recruit to make a better culture, its been there for a while, like source said he hopes its not just him and browny there on a sat night, so if you have to recruit hard to build a culture and atmosphere good luck..

Can not comment on what has happened in the past, however I know it is hard to sink 20 stubbies of beer after pushing off of the side screen in 40 degrees of sun all day.

Whats that?
There once was a bloke named Fracka,
Scored runs since he was a young tacka,
But alas not anymore,
his shot selection's been poor,
and now they call him QUACKA!!
