great start, two from two, for a side that finished bottom last year. hopefully a mix of youth and experience, plus a gun import, will c an A Grade premiership in cricket this year and football next year. bad luck to boys in the Bs, good effort with ten men.

Thats great news for sollies and the comp. Are they playing turf cricket yet? Might bring them back to the field a bit Maybe if they are not playing turf yet and have been playing on the cement stuff?
Who is the gun recruit? Been checking the scores and have only noticed wandy players doing something.

Im thinking maybe they are talking about Scott McIntyre, may not have done much so far but can turn a game in the blink of an eye. Quality all-rounder.

15 games for sed player. tough stance from PPCA. Wonder if it was influenced by on field violence in SGL footy grand finals.

Yeah complex 1. Basically wearing whites cause we don't have a current sponsor and the old ones have that sponsor on the shirt. We should have new ones by Xmas with the new sponsor. Very strict on uniforms this season so it was easier to just wear whites.

Definitely a good chase. We were 0/58 at drinks and to get to 150 was a nice effort. Need another win though. Who is getting suspended for 15 games. Is that legit?

Isnt it interesting what can happen when people are allowed to run onto the playing arena.
A lesson for all Associations that this type of behaviour should not be tolerated.

yes very poor effort, but these sorts of things have been going on for years in top flight soccer. No matter what security they have it always seems to happen. I bet the bloke in question will have to front up to charges and be banned tho. His only hope maybe if his barrister/solicitor can find some sort of reason to wriggle out of it.
I heard there was an incident a couple of weeks ago where a couple of players ran onto the playing pitch at a local "B" grade cricket match in Port Pirie to give assistance to one of their players who was by all accounts allegedly assaulted and abused. One lad was reported for doing this and who allegedly started all the trouble but him and his club are not man enough to stand up and face the music. IMO if you do the crime you should do the time. Wouldnt happen in the brook, laura.gladstone, georgetown sides i give you the strong tip. If what i am being told is true the person in question and his club should be ashamed of themselves.
AS Neil Kerley would be yelling MAN UP STOP BEING A MOUSE.
Any ones thoughts or stories on the issue in question? PPLions and squids im sure you could fill us in as you both would of had front seat tickets?
