Lionsfourth wrote:Not a rumour: After receiving an updated players list on Oct 27th Strykers committee noticed 2 players not on it. This was a surprise as they both have filled out registration, although obviously this did get to the right person. Both players did not play in wins against Risdon and Warnertown or obviously any wins last year because they had none! If someone on this forum is from Risdon please check your list you seem to be missing a couple of good names.

yeah your right, i guess we will have to give back that premiership

Any reasons for such a large penalty?

who is on the jury? I hope there are not any conflicts of interest.

Just a guess. From what I heard it was bad but I wasn't there or really heard either side of the story. Have to give the guy credit for his words to us on the weekend though.

Will be interesting tribunal with some key witness testimony. My mail is the umpire of the game was actually going to report someone else and not the person in question.....

The integrity of the report must be questioned.

Why? Usually when people get reported its the integrity of the reported player and the witnesses that come into question.

What he was gunna do and did do are entirely different. If its anything like a footy hearing the panel wouldnt be interested in what the ump was gunna do. The only deal with whats in front of them.

All roads will lead 2 the RSL club this thursday night. Time i think is 7.00pm. My mail is bluey Johns, G. Scarman are 2 men on the panel. Ray Ronts maybe third? Has the victim recovered from the attack 2 attend hearing? LOL at least this circus will come 2 an end. I heard Grumpy wanted 2 be on panel, but because he was seen and heard discussing incident with fluff was not allowed. Sed player will probably get between 2-4 games. But with so many stories and different versions will the truth ever be known? I highly dought it. SS i also heard umpire was going 2 report wrong player and that umpire didnt even write the report. But as stated in my earlier posts you cant have physical contact on the cricket field. If the 3 blokes mentioned above are on the panel, then i am sure risdon boys your collegue will get a fair hearing.
