I take it, he is talking about Chad Bourke about to come on to bowl (after tea?) after he was off the field, for a certain length of time.

chad bourke was off the field for 35-40mins then when he came back was going to bowl straight away so im led to believe

funny thing is, when Bourke did get another trundle, he hobbled in on the first ball, bowled a pie that was dispatched, and then totally blew out his hamstring on the second ball. Unable to complete his over, he left the field again. Makes you wonder why the rule is in place - perhaps it's for a player's own safety. If the players leaves the field, he needs to wait the same period on the field to bowl, simply to prove that he is fit and capable.

The rule is in place to stop bowlers going off and having a rest after a spell and then returning an hour later fresh as a daisy.

Its like any other game... If team want to chase an outright they can. Until both captains agree to end it the game will continue aslong as 2 innings have been completed in the game

im pretty sure its up to the captains to agree but team A can make the game go for the full amount of time if they think they have a chance of winning outright.

and has been struggling a fair bit.
