My words of advice to you Phantom , don't be comparing stats with days or try and say he wasnt good at cricket, I don't think u could find a bowler in the comp back in the day that would say they enjoyed bowling to the man.
And in more recent years have seen him make a batsmen or two look pretty stupid..

Oh he has definately achieved that, but at the end of the day i'm not affiliated with GC, I'm just fed up with reading post after post of him taking pathetic swipes at the club. Can he not contribute anything to this forum without an attempted backhand slap at GC? Like I said quiet as a mouse before Sandy went top, and didn't have GC on here sprouting like invincibles.

Perhaps it's time days grew up - perhaps act more the age of the women he likes than his shoe size

Loxton just got a grant for $5000 to relay its turf strip of about 2.5 wickets. I'm not sure if that's a starting point for laying a turf pitch or a full cost.

Spent many an hour rolling that deck, probably more than I batted on it.

We completely reconstructed our centre wicket in 2011....5 wickets. Including new irrigation system it cost about $35,000

So can we expect to see you at GC next year PG?
You seem to be sticking up for them a fair bit, how much they offering you?
Think Days is just trying to wind you up, I think I read somewhere that he has retired so he wouldnt have anything to do with what goes on at Sandy. He obviously has a dislike of Centrals but most people do

Well, it'll be interesting to know what Loxton's plans are, as there's no way they could muster that sort of money. Be great if they could.

We can fight our own battles PG, and your support is appreciated but if you don't mind perhaps toddle off back to your own forum.
We would prefer to let our performances do the talking. With the way we have been performing we deserve everything we cop.
We will turn it around starting this week and hopefully finish the year with 4 wins on the trot and stick it right up daisy's fat ass

3 2day Grand finals for 1 win all as captain
5 1 day Grand Finals for 3 wins.

Am i supposed to be impressed? Being involved in those sides and even being the captain doesn't automatically make you a good cricketer nor does it give you the right to sit back in your chair and act like such a fair dinkum twat!

You still avoid the questions I ask which contain significance, instead dancing around and talking about the rubbish that you want.

You're an embarassment to your club and the BLCA, dont hear diddly squat out of you all season, then as soon as Sandy Creek go to the top you start rambling on post after post of pathetic snot taking cheap shots at Gawler Central. I don't recall GC being on here before christmas taking it up or hanging crap on the other sides.

Show some decorum FFS!

His game was just slogging to cow corner. Same everytime he batted. Average A grade cricketer at best, made to look good by a (traditionally) competitive and strong Ango side.

push the field back then wait 2 minutes for a catch, sugar fix, or chafing, or all 3 to occur.

Not sure what your up to days, trying to get a bite back from GC anyway you can...........even arguing with yourself. I am sure wearecoming is not an oldman even though you are trying to make it look that way. Maybe Days and wearecoming should have a good hard look at themselves, reckon they will see the same thing!!!

Interesting times at the moment, everyone texting everyone to see how each team went. Today's results as far as I have heard:
Gawler Centrals all out for 216, LP 1/15
Freeling all out for 280 odd v GV
Sandy made 230, Nuri 0/15 in reply
Ango dismissed Kapunda for 135 and in reply are 0/42

Kapunda in real strife and could be the ones to go down, can see Nuri chasing down Sandy's total and potentially securing their safety.

Are you thinking Light Pass might win?
I would hate to suggest the other team might lose that game ;)
