LOL for those who are interested, Mr Miraculous Matt Laird believes his Enfield B grade side would beat the Rose & Crown B grade side in a match.
Preparations are in progress at the moment to organise the match, should be interesting!

you guys all suck a$$.
dont put the smasha out to pasture just yet lads. will still be here for the season , I will never leave my team mates in the s**t at this time of the season. doesnt matter if I couldnt walk I would drag myself to the crease if need be.
so wherever you get your info from I would check again. next month could be intirely different but that is out of my hands.
but rest assured you will see me at finals one way or another. for the ones who doubt me bring a friggin helmet
smasha angry now so pi$$ off.

just on another matter , it is nice that you all think that nek arent competetive enough without baldo (me) but let me tell you all something.
nek dont rely on me at all, yeah i TAKE WICKETS BUT THAT IS BECAUSE IF YOU LOOK AT THE STATS YOU WILL SEE THAT i BOWL TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF OVERS AS MOST. only because that is what I do BOWL. as for the runs it makes no diff if I make 0 or 100 thats how I attempt to bat.
nek are a good club that give me the chance to do what i LOVE AND THAT IS BOWL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
so I would say nek are ok with or without me. if anything I am more of a bowling sl** and my hat is off for gorski and georgie
(capt last season) for the s**t they have to put up with from me...........
so dont write off nek just yet lads, see you all very soon 8)

Just to clarify my comments Smasha, please read the highlighted-in-bold part. ;)

I don't think there'd be anyone in Association that wouldn't wish you anything but the best of luck in your upcoming fight mate, and if some assumptions have been made around your availability for the rest of the season, what does it mean in the whole scheme of things...?!?? :? Zilch!! You can argue all you like that IF you're unavailable for any matches, NEK's overall performance wouldn't be significantly diluted, but Blind Freddy could get on MyCricket and see what you mean to your side. That's not to disregard or discount your teammates, but they will have to seriously step up IF you were unavailable at any stage between now and when the Grand Final is done & dusted.

Personally, if it were me mate, I wouldn't take it as a slap in the face, I'd take it as a compliment and use it to spur me on to prove any doubters wrong. ;) Wishing you all the best mate - in everything. 8)

Do Fast Bowlers mellow in age Smasha? Is it now Smasha the SNAG Opening Bowler of NEK? ;) Must admit you were a nice bloke against us.....just kept bl00dy getting us all out or smashing us over the fence!!!

Think it's been well documented by Auto and others Rose Park have to win this week to have any chance of competing in the major round. While again we won't be at full strength, looking forward to the battle with Pidge, Harry & Co. I'm even ready for the sledging from that serial pest Superbad. We'll need to be ready as we come up against Para Vista the following week and we all know Vista have that angry bloke that plays for them 8-[ ........think his surname is Smith or something like that.

And 156 grams wouldn't be the heaviest cherry you've encountered either, I'm tipping... =)) =)) ;)
