After taking a keen local interest in all things cricket this season my predictions for March glory are as follows:

HCA - Meadows (will stand up come crunch time)
A&EH - Nairne (in a canter)
TVCA - Kersbrook (too good for Lobethal this time)

Wow fair crack for your fourth post DLO.

I think Onkas in the Hills association. Have too much depth. Bridgy and Uris to get bundled out in the first week of finals.

i think meadows will win easy... all Tarque has to do is come off the long run and he will either hurt someone or take 8 for

All I can say boys is when you have a guy like stuey hanson batting nine you are going to be posting reasonable and competitve scores in finals. I think onkas have a bit more metal than meadow's but that's just my opinion.
Sorry for Bridgy and uri boys but I think it will be meadows and onkas again this year.

good luck to all who are playing the finals in the coming weeks.

Any truth to the rumours that the big bus S Russell might get the flick come finals due to his poor efforts this year with the bat.

Just give him more time to be naked

Looking forward to seeing K English pad up for the redcaps tomorrow in our chase against Onka's, has played some A grade for Sturt this season, might help us get above 100 :)

TVCA 'A' grade Semi Finals

Lobethal 9/253 (J.Sziller 89) vs Woodside

Kersbrook 111 (P.James 22, A.MacDonald 22, B.James 22, B.Lees 22, T.Rathjen 4/41, D.Walker 3/31) and 1/3 vs Palmer 60 (A.Frohling 4/28)

- TVCA Leading Run scorer for 2008/09 out for a Pair in one Day
- Richie Benaud would have had a field day calling the Kersbrook Card

Aldgate the only club not to take up the Home ground advantage option....weird :?

Lofty got 2 senior teams in the finals, D grade going for 16 wins in a row and the C's just scrapped in, thanks to some help from Leith Dawes. They take on a Giffordless Mylor outfit, should be a good game, esp if B Pistola fires up :D

Cougar, can you please tell me it's gonna be different this year and you'll be holding the shield aloft this time?
I honestly hope it happens cos Loby 6 times in a row will shit me to tears ](*,) - especially as on Saturday the Warriors dropped J Sziller twice x_x (on about 10 & 12!!!!) and instead of 4 for 40ish it turned into 4 for 168 :Hangman: effectively GAME OVER for the indians...

GO CAVALIERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B Grade:

Mt Torrens beat Eden Valley.
Gumeracha apparently beat Palmer.

Here's my tips Saintal:
A's - Kersbrook to win by 1 wicket or less than 10 runs
A2's - Lenswood quite comfortably (maybe even first day finish if you bowl first)
B's - Gumeracha to make up for last years inglorious gf result

Hope you can win and then make the step up to A Grade next season! It's been a while since i've played on the glorious Lenswood Oval - love it!!!
