Good luck at determining where our tail starts, everyone except for one player has been an A grade opening batsman at least 5 times, everyone but one has scored an A grade half century, everyone has scored a ton except for Bateson who has a H.S of 96 not out.

Grand Finals
Grade 1
Salisbury West (A) vs Rose & Crown (A) @ Salisbury West - over in a day if westies bowl first
Grade 2
Smithfield (A) vs Parafield Gardens (A) @ Smithfield - give the kiss of death to them as havent been able to get a pick right with them all year plus I love LM
Grade 3
Brahma Lodge (B) vs One Tree Hill (B) @ Brahma Lodge - Gotta pick my own club
Grade 4
Parafield Gardens (B) vs Salisbury West (C) @ Parafield Gardens - Westies in an upset
Grade 5
Salisbury North (C) vs Virginia (B) @ Salisbury North - football season to close for SN to think about cricket
Grade 6
Two Wells (A) vs Craigmore (C) @ Two Wells - If their A Grade cant beat a C Grade then they should fold - joke they are in this grade
Grade 7
Modbury (A) vs Parafield Gardens (C) @ The Heights - Modbury's E Grade have qualified a few quality players from their B & C Grade
Grade 8
One Tree Hill (C) vs Central United (D) @ One Tree Hill - OTH to win the game - Central United to win the after game punch up and the spectators will sit where ever they like

dont think that is very fair saying over in a day if westies bowl first.... the only 2 dayer that rose and crown have played against them this yr they batted all day only to make 165 but in a gf that could be enough.

comments on here dont have to be fair - to be honest everyone just makes it up :D
however I did see R&C bat a couple of weeks ago and if The Lodge can basically knock them over for around 100 then westies attack will rip thru them
Also they did nothing last week and nearlly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory
Basically going on form from the last two hits they have
The only thing westies need to worry about is the fact that everyone thinks they will win in a day and if they take that attitude into the game they may get bit on the arse

Ive said all year that R&C batting looks fragile and has a tendancy to crumple..

HOWEVER... in two games this season vs R&C, the 1st game they batted all day for 160 odd i think and in the one day game were something like 0/50 going at a good rate and finished with around the 150 odd mark.

Both games weren't at full strength either.

GF's are funny games, perhaps it will bring out the best in R&C? I think the game may be closer than ppl seem to be giving credit to..

For mind key players for Rosies are obviously Feltus & Figallo with the ball and Brookes & Morton with the bat..

Brookes and Morton have to bat like Russell if they are going to be any chance.... IMO...

The tail usually means where the batting declines dramatically. I'll probably be at 11 as everyone else has had some form lately.

I always though you were a good bloke, I just didn't want to tread on anyone's toes considering I hadn't played for 5 weeks til last week, even then I didn't have to do anything. I'm just rapt to be getting a game after I thought my season was finished through injury.
