yeh ok it doesnt matter who made runs its a team game.... so in that case if there no.10 and no.11 made 74 runs each westies still deserved to win?? even tho r&c bowling attack got the best of there batters??

If you want to talk hypotheticals, what happened the week prior ? Convincingly chasing 110 ? 8 down was it ? Just let it go.

Dude, move along, nothing to see here. Just enjoy it champ.

of course they still deserve to win if the no.10 and 11. make runs... the no.10 and no.11 play for them so their runs are just as important as the no.1 and no.2 batsmen. Hence the reason you require to take 10 wickets before a team is "all out"

all im saying is that R&C had just as much chance of winning that flag than westies... although they did finish top i think that R&C were on there way to winning that game !!!

Congrats to Westies, best team over the year and deserve the flag.

Just a pity that we didnt get to see Rosies have a crack at the 148, although IMO I dont think they would have got it, but we will never know.

Move on mate, everyone knows the rule at the start of the season with the higher team will win a GF if weather affects the game. Get over it you cant control the weather.

nothing stopping the pdca making a new rule for the future... people work all year to have a go at winning that flag and for it to rain is heart breaking to say the least.

Sure it hurts, three seasons ago we lost four semi finals due to heat. Its just the way it goes. But being the better team during the year has to give you every advantage when it comes to finals. It is right. Otherwise, why bother even playing a regular season?

there will be a few teams feeling a little ripped off no doubt. Lucky for the Craigmore lads they got enough play in to earn their result on the day. Well done to all teams that took part in games over the weekend.
