Isnt that what brothers are for? Back each other up on the field, bag each other off it??? Never said anything to you I havent said to him!
Plus I dont remember bagging his ability, just his mind-set at times... even he knows he gets a bit ahead of himself sometimes. Im sure you'll agree his is a capable cricketer, why wouldnt I want to play on the same team as him?

They need to get enough players every week, a ground, matting and enough money to start a team.

No-one is of the opinion it will be easy. It may not even happen yet! Like you said, need money to get anything going... and even then the proposal needs to be accepted by the teams currently in the PDCA - which is no certainty

Players wont be an issue, 2 teams is not a requirement and we have plenty of people to fill one team week in week out... with a few spectators left over ;)

Finding a ground is proving a little harder than we thought but we are looking into a few options.

nice work... plenty of talk about the comp getting smaller/weaker. Good to see clubs fielding more teams.

Guess we'll have to look into another venue then

Are you being serious numb nuts?? your embarrassing yourself and your club, your the captain right?? then why would you post such silly comments like you are right now on this forum which is read by so many people who care about the game and not yourself??? your a leader, obviously you don't take it that seriously because your not doing ccc any favours here because reading your post makes me question why they had faith in appointing in such a honourable position for that club and all i'm readying is how your tarnishing their image and yours. i don't know who you are cause your performances don't warrant any mention like a few other captains in para districts grade one but please don't come on here and try to warrant sledge when your cricketing ability doesn't match your mouth.. night pappy boy, oh maybe you should go work with pappys pizza cause you probably would get more admiration from better cricketers for the pizza you deliver then what you deliver on field

good old creekers.. never shy ;)

Are you serious I haven't even talked myself up! If that's the kind of thing you think is talking yourself up then I hate to see what half the people on here would be called. I should have put a bet down on how quick I said it would be to get everyone arking up it's pretty funny. Get on to the real cricket issues that are more important.

We should change the thread title from PDCA to "Who's the best cricketer here and why am I ?"

Salisbury East hey? If your going to try and bring players from up your way down that far they might like to consider playing for the professionally run, established club across the road instead....

With four teams including grade one semi finalists and grade 3 Premiers I'm sure we would have a team to suit any skill level..... ;)
