If the result is beyond doubt up here most teams resort to giving the kids a bowl etc
This is what it should be about.
Might work up there in Wandin Valley but this is Grade 1, round 1.
Westies would get bored winning the Grade 1 premiership, you can't blame them for a chance to score a double ton or a total in the history books.

I understand it might not work for PDCA but the question was asked do other comps do anything different which we do. Both points systems have pros and cons.

Funny, could’ve sworn EP got to pick to play Grade 1 last season, when they were supposed to play Grade 2..
Lightning McQueen wrote:I thought it was a bit strange that ATCO were so eager to play on Saturday despite the radar stating the bleeding obvious. In hindsight it was probably a smart move as all other games each team gets 3 points for the NR/draw, ATCO take 4.17 from Saturday and Eyre take 3.60, could be handy at the end of the season. Of course it just happened to piss down as soon as I pulled up.

The Bedge wrote:Also wont be playing this week either - Gepps Cross and Thomas Turner both under water, and no reprieve coming this week from the weather.
