because our combined innings total (2) was less than our oposition's innings total (1), hence the "out-right" victory.

automaticwicky wrote:You dont make a hundred in A grade unless you got something. From the sounds of it we were pretty flat. Paralowie (Mawson Lakes North) seem to have a good solid bunch of players and could be one to watch. I think maybe they lacked a really fast bowler like a Giggs, a Balneaves or a Balding from NE knights. What do you think Carey?
As for the other game I saw Barkers name back in for morialta. maybe a few of their better players are coming back out.

yes mate i do agree with you although when quinton gets himself fit he can get them down alright. so autowicky just out of interest do you think mcphedron is our only batsmen? just asking as i know you have some commen sense and some understanding of the game which it doesnt look like micheal has picked up yet.............

Who were you playing for when that happened?

I can remember playing a game where one of our guys got his nose broken and I was next in. There was blood everywhere, allover the matting and everything.

Carey, Carey 18

As i didnt get to the game until the lunch break i didnt really see mcphersons innnings. But my mate Sparre has talked him up and a few others. I agree quinton looks a likely type but i faced him into the wind and it was blowing a gale on wk1 so i probably didnt get his best. You blokes could definently go all the way with what youve got. I know we didnt show much on the weekend, but we havent got our best personel yet either. Next game is actually looking worse in terms of availability than last week.
