Would have been a tad nervous if that last run- out had been given and you were nine down and needing two to win but.
(ps I've corrected your spelling for you)

luckily I noticed the supermarket was restocked when I dropped in for a powerade.

Massively dissapointing for the club shouldnt lose games on your home deck, unfortunately all the sides loses have come at home this year. Whats going on with Tanunda? It truely is no Boh Wall no Tanunda, is he injured or away? I heard rumours that he wasnt all that happy at the moment with Tanunda, is this true? and will we see him the rest of the year?

Big game this week at Cock Park, in form Ango vs out of form Sandy Creek. Will the foot race be happening between Bill, Kocho and Burgo? Ill have to compete via satellite from Angaston.

boh had been in WA with the outbacks thats why he was away, he was naturally dissapointed with the loss, but to say he is unhappy is a long way off the mark, he's enjoying helping some of thier juniors develop and its my understanding that they do have a good crop of juniors coming through and thats also represented by the fact young gattermeyer and boschen i think its is??? have both been picked in the mid north zone side.

But seriously... no wall no tanunda... for now at least

and sorry for the absent tips this week but naturally I would have picked the mighty bulls to beat the cockatoos so can you make sure that that tip is added to my total... much appreciated :D

Just been on mycricket and looked at this week matches and there are a couple of big games.
You would have thought that Sandy v Angaston would be the match of the round due to 2v3 in the overall comp and 3v1 in the 1 day comp (also bragging rights on the forum) but I have to say that I think this game has now been trumped by both the Gawler Central v Tanunda clash due to the importance of a win. Tanunda win and the four is set for the overall finals but if GC get up then they will be only one game behind Tanunda and the magpies still needing to play Sandy, Nuri and Ango in 3 of the last four games would make things very interesting, plus GC will probably take out 4th spot in the 1 day comp. A lot riding on this game, will B. Wall be back!!!
The other game is LP v GV, the loser will sit bottom of the ladder at the end of the round whilst the winner should see them jump out of the relegation spots (with the Nuri and Greenock game being a formality for the Nuri Tigers). Another important game for these two clubs to retain a spot in A grade, the loser would almost find themselves as a definite in the A1 Reserves fixtures next season.

Ohh also, if Tanunda wins then there is four clubs that all still have a possibilty of being relegated, GV, LP, Gre & GC

Who said this new format wouldn't be exciting.. Two years in a row that this time of year it all gets a little tense

What do you experts think about the form of the a1res sides this year. South and kapunda look form sides to go up.
South are flying and hearing talk already of how well they will do when they join the big boys next year.
Saw a bit of a south game before chrissy and give them no chance of staying up next year, looked ordinary

It's hard to say from afar, and its hard to say how much they are talking, but I get the impression south are playing a younger bunch of kids, and if the length of their trainings is an indication they are on the track (they are regularly still out after 8 as I'm heading back on the bypass)... it maybe not straight away but over a couple seasons they can build a reasonable side. Its is r[probably a good time to be cycling in younger players. And a quick look at the Kapunda side also showed a couple new faces, although they do seem to still be relying on the old faithfuls.

Their form this season seems to have improved over last season so they are moving in the right direction, but it can take time.

Gilbert Valley would have to be a real good chance to hold onto 4th in the 1-day competition I would reckon,
they have Light Pass and Greenock and 2 wins should see them keep their spot in finals.
Would go a long way to keeping them out of relegations way too.
If Mullins can continue his good form from the weekend they should be on the right track.
