Fuller was ordinary Saturday and then backed it up Sunday as well.
I actually heard him sledge Kurtz when he got out on Saturday, telling him he wasn't any good,
Was like watching a very, very large pot calling the kettle black.

That's funny I also heard kunk I mean kurtz say the same thing to Fuller when he was batting. So what does that make him? I know who has the better average this year , and it ain't u stewie I mean Kurtz[/quo
I don't need to prove anything to u. That is for sure.

boys, i think your both getting a bit carried away. As i know you both im going to have my 2 cents worth. Both kurtz and fuller play the game as hard as anyone out on the field and they both say things on occassions that are a bit offensive to the opposition but that is A grade cricket. And personally i wouldn't have it any other way. The funny thing is both kurtz and fuller are champion blokes and would get along really well if they'd have a beer together. I think everything that was said on sat was said all in good fun and to try to put each other off their games as lets face it both players are crucial for there sides batting line ups. Fuller would rate kurtz because of the innings he played in last years one day final. And kurtz does rate fuller. I do know that for sure... he did win cricketer of the year last year. One thing i hate lads is people taking stuff personally when said on the field and can't let it go.. A good example was last week i watch angaston and gilbert valley and i know for a FACT brett burgess gave craig mullins a send of and said the words. "f- off you c@@t.". But both boys were seen laughing about it after the game over some cold ones. So please kiss and make up because this forum would be boring without you two having a go at each other and a dig at one another but when it feels as though its personal its not funny anymore. Cheers =)

I thought the only angaston team he got a gig in was the infamous "smokers XI" :D

Actually jimbob hogan has now been promoted out of that team as numerous angaston lads have said he is a good bloke so we will be looking for another candidate, apparently there trying to find out another player from sandy's name plays about div 10 and loves to abuse coaches at junior cricket about a rule he had no idea on. ;-) any idea's on his name?

Yeah reckon i know the bloke. Big fat mouthy fella played in the 3's with his mate gav werner on the weekend.
Hoges would be disappointed to make way for him though, he was very keen to captain that side especially as you had ratcliffe batting so low.

Your words were I quote " you are not that good bill" did u not?[/quote]

My, oops, I mean Kurtzy's exact words were: Bill, you are making Matthew Doecke look like a good bowler,
I was running past Bill at the time and would seem failed to hear me correctly,
Would never have said 'you are not that good', for one Bill knows it's not gonna hold any weight, and 2 it would be uncreative,
If I, oops, dammit, Kurtzy is gonna say something, its generally 'trying' to be funny, to take the piss.
Any monkey can come out with 'you are not that good'.
Not trying to hurt anyones feeling here Normy, on the forum or on the field,
Is why I don't say anything to blokes once they are out, is like shooting a wounded soldier after the war,
he is out and that hurts enough, a pain I know too well this year.
Norm should know everything I say is in fun, and try to be respective of people's sensitive areas, if Norm is asking Stewie
why he is fat, I am guessing it's a sensitive point so will lay off that line of piss-taking.
Dry those tears Normy, I still think your a good egg.
As for the Scud though.......
I also apologise to Kurtzy for assuming his identity, I am sure he would be disgusted if he was thought to be me,
as I him. Stewie remains a mystery?????

I wouldve thought GV with 2 recent outbacks players would have made light work of kapunda, maybe one of them is slightly over rated and one would think with only 5 fieldsmen allowed on the leg side that T/20 is made to suit him

I see the bomber boys did quite well to win the first 20 - 20 comp.

They accounted for the Ango Hillbillys easily in the semi and GV were no match in the final.

A small consolation for being in the A1 reserves - but the $1000 did go down nicely.

Nuri- by at least 100
Tan- Dont know if sandy can turn it around, Fuller looking for a hat-trick this saty ;) Winner plays one day finals and if sandy were to lose they need GV and GC to lose to stay in

South Gawler

ohhh how clever, have you ever been away on an outbacks trip days???

they only one that rates themselves on this forum is you by the sound of it... looking at recent stats, could be some time required in the 2's for you days... not the stand out numbers a man of your considerable ability should expect, but then again the ground is probably starting to look further away then it might have previously.
