I would say it is too early for official gradings to be done and are normally finalise until 2 weeks before the season starts, sometimes the week of the season starting.

Yeah thats what I took from the cryptic clue... but surely super won't be quitting umpiring. I heard he was pretty good at it.
With that... a slight deflection to the next topic!

He is a very good umpire. I would think the best in the Association.

Definitely best umpire - votes reflected that - apparently he won the best umpire BUT the umpire director decided a first year umpire couldnt win the 'Best umpire Award' so gave it to Alf (who then needed a blindmans cane to find his way up to the front to collect it after getting out of his wheel chair).

not till a week before the season starts usually, they need to wait that long because teams are always pulling out before the season starts

Really is disappointing, He could have been the lad to bring back some of the young, tallented lads back through those doors. I guess you live by the sword, you die by the sword. I remember watching him bowl them to a Premiership up at Willaston as a 16/17 year old, 17 over straight on a 40odd degree day, 4/Eff all, how long 7-8 years really is in ones life!

On a brighter note, I have heard rumors there are some Salisbury North connections are on the way back accross Salisbury Downs to the home of the mighty Redbacks. That is if the three soccer pitches aren't laid by the council as some are suggesting!

Hey guys, Just looking for a gauge on how we think Parafield Gardens will fare this year? I see Bradley Wills played out there last year, was once a Great sportsman, Footy, Cricket, he excelled in both! How did he go?

His skipper was good to him that year nth pines won a gf against willaston. Helped him with his cricket . Also I think the skipper had a fair bit to do with the win making 88 with the bat. Good team effort I thought
