Wow. Even if half right, a big loss...

And by half, I mean one half of the brothers, and half way to Port Elliot is what I'm hearing....

you lost me at halfway to Port Elliot.....

Have heard Aldinga is in crisis, the heart and soul not renewed as captain, with one of the triplets to take over. Trappas training with Aldinga also, after him and his band of merry men left Rapid Bay, is also keen on the big C.

On the upside Grovesy is looking fit and once again ready to dominate the A grade!

Rumour is J Lourens from Coromandel to Pt Elliot. Only have to look at his stats to see how big a pick up he will be for them. 140 odd wickets in 3 seasons in adelaide and suburban div 1

Very big pick up wherever he goes. I've played a lot of cricket with the lad and never enjoyed facing him in the nets. Always felt an edge was coming to me at 3rd slip too. Can hold a bat well too. Good recruit on and off the field!

Gee wizz.. that was very clever of you Ferrett! Feel better now for labeling him as the type of bloke who plays for big cash? I assure you he's not. I also assure you he'll take your wicket a few times so maybe put the jealousy back in your pocket champ!!

Hook line sinker.

I think most guys that know Joshy know it ain't money that motivates him. He's a ripper bloke on and off the field. I just hope he can keep the cramp away wherever he goes ;) haha.

Any news on where the Garrard brothers will be playing this year? Also any new pick ups for any teams? With round one just around the corner who's the early favourite for the flag. ? EBay surely, maybe even Compass if they pick up the Garrards.

faramir, did josh lourens end up at pt elliott? would be a handy pick up if the rumours are true

would expect the comp to be a lot more even this year. bays will come back to the field, sam grenfell whoops i mean hoffmannn is back under the thumb so may or may not be allowed to play. goolwa to pick up with andy back and the Robertson's. rapid/yank to be super competitive as well. if the garrards stay at aldinga i think the comp will be the tightest it has been in a long time.

if the garrards do venture up to compass, would nummy and nashy come out of retirement for one more crack at a flag?

Suprised to see Rohan shopping himself around according to his FB page, but he was out with us having a hit over the weekend. I'll be surprised if either of the brothers leave. Any other trader rumours? What's happened to Trapas? I've heard he's hit every club up on the coast but continues to be moved on.

Rapid Bay/ Yank should be interesting. Will have a lot of batting but not sure of the bowling depth.

locked and loaded RCQ, lead to believe he bowled well in the internal trial and looking forward to seeing him in Round 1!

Garrads staying at Aldinga will be of great benefit to the competition, but anyone's guess is as good as mine.
