No F Grade games mate but there was one E Grade game
Also played a couple of games in D Grade when we hit the two highest scores in PDCA history - had 2 hits averaged 7 - I was subsequently dropped back to the A Grade

i think Exec Member is claiming your wicket Browny.. we would have to have to be the only club that bags our own players when they get out or drop a catch or say that they could do better.. put the pads on lads and put your hand up to play... we are a little thin this year

Same as last year, minus B Pearce.

Missed the first 30-35 overs, but if I remember correctly the book had C Pearce and Carmen opening.

I think you may be under-estimating the quality of Para Districts that's still left. If you have a look at the teams throughout the competition, I'm sure you could easily pick 5-7 players out of that team who fit in comfortably in their grade. Even though Two Wells and Sandy Creek have left, Angle Vale and Salisbury North have made the move up and look like they will be very competitive. They both have quality players that are going to fit in very well in Grade 1. Grade 1 cricket this year will be an excellent standard, as will Grade 2. Sure there have been teams that have left, along with SC and TW (including St Pauls, Paralowie and Northern Wolves) but due to the standard of the junior programms in place in the Northern Areas this helps maintain the status quo of good cricketers in the higher grades. I think the PDCA will still be very strong for many years.

How does the PDCA team go when they play the ATCA team?

Corey batted at 4, and hit a massive six to get off the mark, but got out not long after. Should have some more confidence next time.
Josh had put himself under alot of pressure to perform and ended copping a good nut early, wasnt too happy but im sure he will only get better.

Some very good points there Masha, I think there is some extremely good 14 to 19 year olds getting around in the PDCA that will keep the top two grades in good steed for many years. It's great to see most clubs not scared to experiment with them in their A's aswell, Westies have been the best example of it over the past 5 years and it's definetely put them a step ahead of the pack.

I was just comparing to what the PDCA was like 3-5 years ago. No willy serles running a muck scaring batsmen and doesnt seem to be many rock batters left either, maybe Leo and Bomber the exceptions.
