U might want to change ur club listing from Brahma Lodge cos ur gonna find it tough ever getting a cricket game there and as for footy I can see u spitting it by the end of rd 2. Will only last this long cos I wont be there rd 1.

OTH??  Sorry you want a turf deck.......

I dont get it, the ground is probably the most utilised ground in the comp. cricket in the summer, soccer all winter and its the school oval as well. But yes chuck a turf deck in by all means. Might actually raise the pitch above ground level to stop it flooding. Hopefully the locusts can eat away 90% of the grass as well :D :D

IMO cant see BL winning outright, but i think they will make the runs.
SW i think will win outright, i think the big question is do they bat on for a small period at the start of the day?R&C will be desperate to win outright or at least accumalate as many points as they can.

Having said that, BL look like finishing on around 132pts, SW 129pts, R&C 126pts - 133 if they win outright.
Some captains would want to make sure they get their sums right this weekend!

Considering Sewell is 80 odd not out for memory, I dont think there is any chance the skip will declare on him without giving him a chance to notch his ton...unless he went to the same captaincy school as Mike Atherton
On the 'captains and their sums' point, you are absolutely right. However, a little bit of luck may come into equations especially if some dont have the luxury of score updates every hour via sms. :)]

very interesting if there is a couple of outrights..after all no matter what happens in our game i am sure oth would like to finish with 2 outrights in a row or 1 and a reverse to finish the year..would give the young fellas abit of confidence goin into next year with the rumour of a few experienced players leaving.. Either way it will be a exciting saturday thats for sure..

That's the beauty and downfall of OTH's ground, you can't tell what's a decent run chase, if you get away with the aerial route you are laughing, otherwise no chance.

It's hard to work out whether it will favour us or not by having it, I think the Vale were a bit dejected when they got the tea scores, might not be of a benefit this week.
Speaking of the Vale, how fit is Justin, 25 overs and didn't really look too much slower late in the day.
