As per the Churches thread, who should be the umpires in the grade 1 GF?

Had alf twice and for memory he was pretty good...lets abit of chit chat go and knows when to step in..and terry jefferies was also good..

So whats ur excuse for not rocking up then. Worried u werent up to it. OR u are too good for that grade. U might want to change ur club listing from Brahma Lodge cos ur gonna find it tough ever getting a cricket game there and as for footy I can see u spitting it by the end of rd 2. Will only last this long cos I wont be there rd 1.

I always feel a little happier seeing Pete Turnball rock up. Terry, Tony Mc, Alf and Bob are always around the mark, have heard some disappointing things about Dancing Dave this year from various clubs, including us when I haven't been there, a bit sad as he showed great promise last season.

IMO Bob & Terry should get the gig with Alf and Les next in line.

We haven't had Les for obvious reasons....but heard he's very good. Would be a shame for him to miss a deserved final due to who's playing in it.....if that situation arises.

Yep pete is good and deserves a crack at it... Yeah we have had dave a couple of times and to me he panics and makes bad decisions.. Champion bloke but needs to relax abit....Dave and Donny in the GF? Donny would put him in the book i reckon...after lunch of course...
