Hmmmm so it looks like everyone but Mallala have an A grade in Div 1 or Div 1 Reserves and they drop down to Div 4...wouldnt it have been better for them to play in the 3s so they are at least playing 2-day cricket?

Their delegates spoke fairly well, seems their old league only played 1 day cricket and they would have trouble with guys comitting to the 2 day form in their first season. They seemed very keen to work their way up through the grades over the next few years. The execs will be keeping an eye on them just in case.

Any news if Mallala have lost players to hurt them playing higher then div 4?

I think Gilbert Valley might have picked up Alex Hosking as well...

Havent heard anything about GC picking up Davies and McCafferty though...

yeah well my mail could be off too...

Not sure if TJ Smith will be able to play too much for GV this year between the spring carnival and a broken hand...
