I think u are stirring source but I hope so cos we have 3 out - 2 on footy trips and 1 with work. That would answer oz statement how does 15 go into 11. At this level there always seems to be a few missing. Only finals time does everyone seem to be available.

Thats about the same numbers they get to training....

Is it something to do with playing one-dayers only?

Grade7 & 8 is one dayers. Seems Two Wells have withdrawn a team and gone with only one in Grade 7. After losing the Grand final in Grade 6 they go down to only playing one dayers. Thats has left a hole in Grade 5....How the mighty have fallen from a few seasons ago...they will come back in the next few years as they have some good young players in their junior teams.

nah two wells have moved up to grade 4 from grade 6 by the looks of it. first game against salisbury north according to the fixture list. possibly picked up a few players? i dunno.

Yeah you're right. They were a pretty capable team last year, minor premiers in Grade 6 after all.

The draw gives Smithfield a taste of what to expect in Grade 1, after playing Virginia at home in round 1 they play Rosies then Westies in the next two rounds, both away.

The admin at safootynet have agreed to put up a stubby holder and hat for the winner of a tipping comp for the PDCA thread. We'll use Grades 1 to 4, simply pick the winner of each game for that round, failure to submit prior to the round commencing will result in you recieving the lowest submitted score for that round.
I will post the games up once I can get a confirmation that the grades are set and the matches will go ahead as programmed.
Please register your interest so I can get a spreadsheet organized.

If anyone else has any suggestions I'm happy to hear them. eg: Using all 8 grades etc. I could probably do with a bit of a hand from time to time though collating the info, especially if I'm away.
