Will be a very interesting season ahead. Loxton hot favourites to take it out with the other three pretty evenly matched I would think. It's a real shame things couldn't be sorted out to see some extra teams in the A grade comp though. No team from the Barmera area, where Cobby, Barmera Hotel and Monash are all strong B grade sides is a shame, as is the fact that Renmark still have their own separate competition.
Don't be scared. Now is not the time!

Riverland lost to Pinnaroo and Border on Saturday.
Bit of a shock loss?

Where was this game and who played in it? Being the first round of 2 dayers it would have been hard to get players to commit

Was in Lameroo.
Looked a reasonably handy side on paper.
Walter, Graetz, Burnett, Albrecht, Gutsche, Shawyer.
Had Kyle Pietrzak in there for some reason?

Congrats to Loxton on winning the one-day final by seven wickets on Saturday.
Brad Walter made 49 and the great man Michael Gutsche was at the crease when the winning runs were hit.

Yay! All that losing has finally paid dividends. Can't keep Loxton out of the trophies lately. :D

Good on Renmark North for taking out the RTCA Premiership last weekend. Their addition to the comp has injected new life into the A Grade IMO.
Well done also to those responsible for a very enjoyable and well attended presentation night!
I get the sense that Riverland cricket may be on the up.

Great to hear!

Have the two competitions merged? Or are they still separate?

Which teams are in A Grade now?

Junior structure up and running?
This is Tony Clifton! A name to respect! A name to fear!
