Not sure on that one, but the Vics have raided another Blues player on a full time contract.

Would of thought he would use up most of the funding pool and they wouldn't be able to match the financial incentives of Pooraka.

Bit unfair on Cosi

He could have left for money plenty of times. Has stuck with the club through the good times and the bad. Now taken on a pretty challenging assignment when they most need him to.

Interesting news, had heard similar info.

Narrows it to Valente, Cormack and Ben Pengelly.

Valente agreed to go to Bays previously then backed out close to start of season. Do they want to get burned again? The sort of player that could help the squad they have now win a Premiership.

Cormack was rumoured to want to play at West Torrens last year, but one thing we don't need is another off spinner. Good middle order batter be another issue though!!

Pengelly a gun, but Adelaide given him everything and bats at four, not sure why he would want to leave. Have heard he may have to give up the bowling, so would only play as batter in future.

On that, my guess would be Valente if anyone.

Thought they were on the cusp of success too, what's going on?

Seems odd for players to leave Adelaide. Have stayed the course of building up from juniors and starting to see the results of that - well balanced team that definitely should have made finals last season. Some sort of off field issue?

Doubt any of those blokes would leave. Strong club and they get plenty of opportunities with bat and ball.

Yes a few big name players have already announced they are leaving Adelaide, Hopefully not a culture issue but not sure what else we can put it down to!

Garlick - Port Adelaide
Reardon - not playing (burnt out from high performance program)
Payne - Goodwood as A1captain.

Plenty of others considering their future.

I think Garlick will be a good addition down at Port reserve if he can recapture his best form

Adelaide cc losing players not limited to seniors. Two state juniors joining Glenelg and Sturt respectively.

Might be a culture issue or it might be a lot of them now wanting to do the hard yards to achieve success.
Lets not forget they fell over the line in the final round in the A & B grade to miss the finals - there C grade capitulated in the C grade semi against TTG after winning on first innings and there D grade had a side 7/27 chasing 120 in a semi and found a way to lose that one as well.

there may have been a few home truths told and this might have put a few noses out a joint??

Just putting it out there culture or not willing to sacrifice for success??

Always struck me as a pretty tight knit club, Adelaide. High percentage of their players through the juniors. Not many recruits. Always pretty strong through the grades. Doubt they'll lose players and heard a whisper they've picked up that Melbourne bloke Frith

Matthew Firth from Fitzroy-Doncaster?

Trent Lawford would have set that up.
