Brendan Fevola to play in Adelaide & Suburban this Saturday

Hi all,

Sorry for the late notice, but Brendan Fevola will be playing cricket for Plympton Footballers v ICC Sharks at Plympton Oval (Park Terrace Plympton Park) this Saturday January 5th 2013.

This is a Section One A Grade 1 Day Match and we will also be raising money for the Jane McGrath Foundation and be using ink stumps etc to commemorate.

Match starts at 12:30, although I have asked ICC if they would be interested in looking at a 1:00pm start, but because I have left that request extremely late I would say it will be a 12:30 start - will advise if anything changes. A later start might give other teams, and lowr grades from both competing clubs a chance to pop by if they wanted to.

We extend an invitation to all cricketers, spectators, those that arent playing etc who's game might finish early to come down and have a look, we will have full bar facilities available and Fev will also be available for autographs etc if you want to bring the kids down to say g'day.

In the evening we have a Sportsmans Night featuring Fevola and hosted by Dennis Browne, and again we extend the invitation to any that may be interested.

It should be an extremely fun evening, we all know about Fev but for those of you that haven't had the pleasure of being at a function where DB is hosting you will be in for quite a treat if you decide to come along, he's piss funny.

If any other clubs think they could get a few blokes together that are keen to come to the show, get in contact with me on the number on the attached flyer and we'll see what we can do about a group discount.

There will also be a great variety of sports memorabilia auction lots, if that tickles your fancy.

The more the merrier.
