Potts gone. A big loss, but I think Wright easily covers Potts and offers more, he brings more to the table across the disciplines and his body is more likely to hold up.
Gully will benefit from having a bowler like Wright he can form a partnership with and tie down sides, Mead, Hughes and Lubcke all capable bowlers as well.
Hancock when he returns from injury will bolster the side.
The batting needs to improve drastically, only 4 players hitting over 100 runs last season is embarrassing especially when one is Adam Gully
Will be interesting to see how Wright approaches this season though and how he thinks he best fits in..
