pretty hard to find grounds around Adelaide.
unfortunately Keswick are not blessed with a permanent home ground
Blackwood high is the best option available and just before draw was released Keswick were still going to be using West Beach.
got to be happy your not playing there!

Must be very few ovals available around town.

LOL that is the funniest thing I've seen in all of the asca threads!

They have played at Adelaide High, West Beach, Marymount, Westminster and now Blackwood within what 10 years? And I've probably missed an oval or two ;)

What the hell does that club stand for if you can't have a semi-home at the very least. Unbelievable!

Have you ever tried to start a cricket club from scratch CK? A great man by the name of Joe Hepinstall did with his mates some 70 years ago and it's testament to the dedication and resilience of him and members past and present that he and this club are still here today. FYI the club was founded on the principle that everybody should have the opportunity to play cricket and if that means we have to move ovals on occasion (for reasons out of our control) then we will to ensure our members have the opportunity to play cricket.

If you think a club should stand for a long term lease or prime patch of real estate then your ignorance knows no bounds. Unbelievable!

So he started a club from scratch, I admire this. From what I know Joe is a very good human being.

Then you say it was 70 years ago, thats long enough to find a long term home, isn't it? If not, regardless of the undeniable ignorance of CK ( ) then surely you should have been able to find a permanent place to call home.

Did your club choose to go to Westminster or were you forced t leave Marymount?

Wasnt every Club started from scratch at some point?

Or is there a 'Club Shop' where you can just buy a start-up kit or a pack or something?

Despite playing at Westminster Keswick continued to sub-lease Marymount Oval from Warradale CC - you might remember playing T20 cricket there last season- however with Warradale having another team for the upcoming season and being the primary lease holder they have full use of the oval and we have been forced to look elsewhere this season.

South road won't go backwards IMO

We will be lucky to go forwards having lost young Mcdowall.

Sheidow will improve in their last year in section 1 and finish higher.

Other than that pretty reasonable I think.

Agree with your comments there bloods I think Tyrone is on the money although I tip South Road will be a team to watch this season. In regards to your previous comment - Jealousy.......No, Ignorance...... Yes. Lets assume I know as much of your club as you and CK know of mine...... Very little.
