That's a shame. What's the reason?

Not enough players? No one to organise?

No where near enough players despite the efforts of a few very hard working people.

I'm not to sure who he is!

Is that the bloke who played at Rose & Crown?

Interesting selection - be interesting to see how he manages the younger lads out at EP, and the level of respect they give him...

How good will their side be? Tuckwell still in QLD working isn't he? RayRay has a baby on the way, doubt he will play either..

I think in the end they will all stick together. I thought it may have been a typo and be Scott Dawson from Craigmore who apparently unsuccessfully went for their job

Spoke to Ray last week and he said he was still going to play, have heard Daniel Jeffries may leave for riverside or Gardens (due to super)

Ray Bickle will play at Craigmore imho

Confirmed that it is Smokey Dawson from Rosies coaching Eastern Park, all I have to say is WOW.

Watch this space, I'm not sure that we've heard the end of this drama.

Wont last until Rd 1.

Astounding that EP would even appoint him - surely at least target someone whose played the level at the bare minimum?! :?

Maybe just a glorified net manager

Didn't he get turned down for the coaching gig at R&C last season because he wasn't capable?

Cant coach a struggling Grade 4 side, but appointed to a young Grade 1 side.. I love it! :D

How do you know I hadn't already seen them before they went up? ;)

Cant say I'm real chuffed with being pushed up to Grade 3 though, given our side in PDCA only won 2x games last year - Salisbury North B playing cry babies I hear.. rather go down to the one day comp than move up to Grade 3.. is that you carey? ;)

Just heard tonight picked up no recruits at all, as one wanted to be captain or wasn't coming so the mates never came either. With that attitude doesn't sound like blokes you'd want anyway! Shit numbers will have to pull out the 3rd side and be back to 2 sides.

Some interesting names lining up in the A grade!

Not sure if 100% correct

Reason EP folded was due to ridiculously high outstanding fees over a large period of time owed, EP have gotten debt collectors involved

From my understand literally ever cricketer owes fees for multiple years and won't be cleared to any clubs until they are paid in full

I'm happy to be wrong but that's my understanding of the situation

Allegedly the fees owing for those 3 is allegedly around $500 each so unless CU have forked out around $1500 I'm not sure they will get cleared
