Good cricketer Trav Gebauer. Thought he would have played grade cricket at a high level.

Really? Didnt reach his potential at Sandy Creek then

Was a ridiculously brilliant junior and 17-18 year old, think he hit around 400 runs in PDCA in div2 around that age, including winning the GF for Craigmore. (Don't quote me on the run figure but it felt like that many)

Since then I have heard about nothing but attitude problems from him, including smashing changerooms, leaving after getting out and not showing up when selected

Hopefully heading back to Craigmore under Dyl McIvor will see a change in attitude

Yep, nail hit on head, I witnessed him first hand after sooking to keep, dropped a few and lost the game from it, then demanded to bat at 3 in the second dig or he was going to get in his car and never come back when the captain wanted to throw the order around.

The team let him bat at 3 and he never went back anyway.

It was about 3 years ago and hopefully he has grown up a bit since, I'm sure he would have enough respect for Dyl Mc to do the right thing.

Surely not!!!!

Latest I had was they had 100% picked up Benny McMullen and we're confident off adding Woody to the list

Only thing I can think of is no one wants to run the crickey there but someone will step up last minute

Woody isn't going anywhere, he trained with the Units Sunday and Signed a Rego Form for this coming season.

It wouldn't surprise me with Tuckers working in Queensland atm, he was the driving force behind trainings etc. last season.

I'm on to it.

This is pretty much the case I believe - the current committee isn't interested in cricket or organising/running it, at this stage will not be nominating any teams.

They change over committees end of Oct - but that's too late by then.

Be a damn shame to see some of these players lost to other clubs or the game itself.

Nah, they're kaput, my guess is they'll split up between Units, Craigmore and Riverside with perhaps Smithfield being the beneficiary of a few too.

Pretty sad, they've always had an advanced junior set up but lacked structure at the top end, more so since the passing of John A.

I'm not to sure who he is!

Is that the bloke who played at Rose & Crown?

Interesting selection - be interesting to see how he manages the younger lads out at EP, and the level of respect they give him...

How good will their side be? Tuckwell still in QLD working isn't he? RayRay has a baby on the way, doubt he will play either..

I think in the end they will all stick together. I thought it may have been a typo and be Scott Dawson from Craigmore who apparently unsuccessfully went for their job

Spoke to Ray last week and he said he was still going to play, have heard Daniel Jeffries may leave for riverside or Gardens (due to super)

Ray Bickle will play at Craigmore imho
