i assume you are discussing this incident http://www.ntnews.com.au/article/2010/0 ... ntnews.htm, just seems like it needs to happen every five years to let of steam. Going by previous events the offending team can expect a year out of the game and the instigators can say goodbye to going to the footy again.

Bloody morons. Ban the instigators and the club for life. Footy doesn't need that shit.

Not surprised whatsoever. Disgusting effort, but typical.
Some of those people need to have a good hard look at themselves.

The oval looks in good nick.........
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

The irony in all this, is Ntaria and Rovers used to be alligned when Alice Springs footy consisted of separate country and town competitions. Gee that Westies and Pioneers brawl involving Squizzy Taylor was a good un though. Adam was a good junior player made the All Australian U/16 team in 1999.

The oval should be in good nick Alice had a truck load of rain a month ago.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

As a player in Alice Springs in the 90's, I gave the game away because of this crap.

I was there with my two kids and it really disturbed me that they had to see it. It reminded me why I rarely go to the footy in this town these days.

My 9 year old said to me that he thought it was a pretty stupid thing to be fighting about. Seems he has more sense than most present that day.
