Uni greys are based at park ten, mackinnon parade north adelaide. Gentle run arounds occur Thursdays. Need not be an ex Uni player to play.

Also hear that Brahma Lodge coach Carey Payne is playing in the same side and should dominate as he has been training his arse off ;)
Also would expect Walts to run through the midfield, fitter than he has been for 10 years

Boys (and girls) are there finals for O/35's or a ladder?

I live in the west and believe it's time to get my old wooden spriggs out for a few place and drop kicks - dying art

No mate - no finals or ladder. The Masters comp is all about having a "kick and a catch". It's so that blokes don't try to relive their youth and start flattening players that are (say) 60 years old.
There are a couple of modified rules to prevent injuries to older bodies and (you'll love this!) a drop kick goal is worth 12 points!

The season actually kicks off this weekend (April 7th). Adelaide West may be your team, but I don't know a contact. Can other forum users help out?

Woodville South have a team this year. Wayne Wiederman is coaching and playing! I know they are looking for players. They "train" wed nights at 6. First game this week at home. Here is the link http://www.leaguelineup.com/miscinfo.as ... =151084234

Played Woody Souths yesterday. Not struggling for numbers, must have had 8 on the bench......Could probably use some quality though, good 8 goal win the Demons.

Round 2 this Sunday. East Demons hosting a Double header at Torrens Valley. I heard a rumour that Easts could be pulling out a huge recruit this Sunday, multiple premiership player and a pretty well known name in SAAFL circles.. Will go a little way to replace their other star who will miss a couple of months with a couple of bulging discs in his neck. ;)
