How are all the teams shaping up this season? Any big names? I think the new team(southern jets) will be very good

Don't think it is a new team. Souths have always been in, just changed their name

I had my first game of footy since 2002 with the Gawler lads on the weekend. I only managed 1 quarter and had to shoot through but I loved reliving my youth, albeit at a much gentler pace.

Off the top of my head Rosewater, Woody South, Uni, Pooraka, Easts (Athelstone), Wests (Flinders Park) I think Kenilworth are getting a team up this year, and the ones you mention.

I will be 35 in March and might be keen for a kick and catch on return to Adelaide. When does the season start and how long does it run for?

Because it there are so many teams and you only play every fortnight it is a long season. I'm not sure when it starts, maybe before Easter and would go well into September
