Will be a lot of fun and hopefully a good exhibition of AFL 9s.

The teams playing in the centre game will also feature representatives from PNU and Walkerville as well as registered participants of the Gaza and Gepps Cross League.

Thanks so much to everyone involved in Sunday's AFL 9s exhibition games at half time of the Showdown. It took a lot of amazing people to pull together to make that happen. From the participants to the photographers and everyone else in between your efforts are truly appreciated. Finally to Greg Anderson... You made the day extra special for all involved. You would never meet a better bloke or better servant to South Australian football. AFL 9s "The game for everyone" starting in 6 locations in October. :D

All the photos will be uploaded hopefully by Friday on our Facebook page AFL 9s SA

To register a team or as an individual for any of our 6 competitions starting in spring go to afl9s.com.au

Im going to close this thread topic and re-open one for the 2013/14 Spring and Summer seasons. There will be another 3 zones or leagues available to play AFL 9s "The game for everyone". We are rapidly expanding and will be found all around Adelaide and in each direction heading out from the city. We also have broadened the types of leagues and will have both Mens and Families leagues starting in October.

The new website has all the information about the new venues, dates and details.

That would be the captain of the reigning State Champuions from the Gepps Cross Northern Zone Leigh "Mega" Turbill. The nephew of former Norwood star Greg Turbill. There is a great shot of him copping a super Falcon whilst Ando is being interviewed.
